What is PROTECT?

PROTECT is an International Conference on Security and Safety which Leverage International (Consultants) Inc. organizes every year.

Launched in 2005 with the Anti-Terrorism Council, the PROTECT series is the only government-private sector partnership in the Philippines devoted to security and safety. It consists of a high level conference and an international exhibition.

The coronavirus pandemic has showed down the economy , disrupted businesses, and changed the way we work, communicate and conduct our day-to-day activities. And in order to bring about the so-called "new normal" almost everything has gone online. The digitalization of businesses, government services, and indeed the entire economy has been dramatically accelerated. While this has resulted in several benefits, it has exposed businesses, the state and even individual citizens to a host of previously unimagined security risks.

What these new risks are how we can protect our businesses and ourselves from them is the focus of PROTECT 2024, the 16th edition of this annual conference on safety and security.
