PROTECT 2010 is a joint project of The Anti-Terrorism Council of the Philippines and Leverage International (Consultants) Inc.

The Anti-Terrorism Council under the Office of the President serves as the central policy-making, coordinating, supervising and monitoring body of the government on all matters of domestic and international terrorism.

Leverage International is a Philippine company organized in 1975. It provides a comprehensive range of research, planning and technical and management services to public and private organizations. Recognizing that trade fairs and exhibitions are effective conduits for international trade, investments and technology transfer, Leverage organizes specialized trade exhibitions and business fora and conferences. Leverage has been involved in international exhibitions in Europe in collaboration with international organizers. Leverage is also the Philippine representative of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, responsible for major shows in Hong Kong and of various international shows of organizers in China, India, Indonesia, Russia, Singapore, South Africa, Turkey and Vietnam.
